How we verify our partners
Housecure connects you with industry-leading financial and legal professionals. We have built a great network of hard working, customer focused experts to help you progress your move as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Rest assured- every one of our partners goes through our Customer First verification process and adheres to our strict code of conduct.
We only work with partners where you are their top priority.
Our Customer First Verification Process
1. Company Checks
We validate the company information of any partner. This involves checking that they are a fully registered company, are authorised to trade in the UK and are not under any sanctions by the government.
Validating our partners means you are only ever interacting with registered professionals, and your consumer rights remain intact.
2. Professional Checks
Most of our partners work in regulated industries. This means they must adhere to a strict code of conduct to legally operate. For example, any legal professional involved in conveyancing will be registered with The Law Society, The Council for Licensed Conveyancers or the Solicitor Regulation Authority. We double check to ensure that our partners are correctly registered to ensure you receive quality services.
Hidden Fee Checks
Lots of service providers will try to pass on extra costs to the consumer in order to pay companies like us a referral fee. Referral fees are common, and they are actually how we afford to provide impartial, quality advice to our users. However, we make sure that the referral fee is never paid by you, the customer. This means that using a service through Housecure is the same price or cheaper than going to a firm directly.
